Looks like it would be a great concept, but it's far too buggy to use without constant annoyance, so I gave up. I just downloaded the app and got a pop-up notification in the middle of the screen thanking me for downloading it and told me about some special offers. Sounded interesting so I clicked ok. Checked it out and went back, the same message popped up, I cancelled. That message pops up literally every time I go to the dashboard. I tried everything, but it won't stop. Please fix this.

The app is easy to use but there is always pop up of advertisement to sign up for credit tracking, renter's insurance etc everytime I open the app or change screen. While the $1 is minimal fee for convinience, but coming from not needing to pay any fee to pay rent online , this is additional unwanted cost every month.

Terrible app for tenants. Slightly tricky to configure. Pop up sales BS make it hard to just pay the rent. All transactions come with an additional dollar charge. It asks for feedback, but if it's not positive it sends you in a loop. It's hard to track payment history as a tenant as well. It makes an actual impact in making me want to not renew my lease if I have to use this (likely) spyware, profiteering junk.
